:I was impressed by his 5.0 ratings on other gigs so I bought this one to gauge his expertise. What he offers here (a 6-page pamphlet, basically) is little more than a rough first draft cobbled together from very basic advice. Spend 10 minutes Googling the subject and you'll know as much or more just scanning the results.
