 This gig specifically includes the following :

• Setting up a new company and managing Chart of Accounts
• Bookkeeping.
• Bank and Credit Card reconciliations.
• Creating bills/invoices and send to parties.
• Follow up on account receivables and accounts payable.
• Preparing financial statements and financial projection
• Import and export data from one software to another.
• Making reports in Excel
• Other tasks required by the clients.

The minimum I need from you to start the work is access to your accounting software, bank and credit card statements, Invoices, complete description of daily receipts and payments, etc.
