The Business Model Canvas is the most used tool for the creation of new business, inside an existing company or as a new entrepreneurial project. It has been widely used in all sorts of business and also not-for-profit. It allows for a better understanding of the decisions you need to take that concern your business, leading to making better choices and setting up a succesful business.



Note: This is NOT a Business plan. The Business Model Canvas is an agile and lean methodology and integrates with Customer Discovery and Lean Startup.
