Trade marks are registered in relation to 45 classes of goods and services - e.g. makeup is in class 3, computer games are in class 9. The number of classes required will depend on the goods and services you sell, or intend to sell. The more classes you require, the higher the trade mark registry fees. 



Trade mark registry application fees are not included in the quoted prices - they will need to be paid in conjunction with our service charges. Unlike many of our competitors, we charge a flat fee for our trade mark services. We do not charge more for additional classes in your trade mark application. 



UK trade mark registrations last for 10 years counted from the application date. UK trade marks can be renewed at 10 year intervals indefinitely.
