This sheet allows you to put in ALL of your recipes. You can then select the recipes that you need to prep in that day. The sheet will then create a list of all the ingredients need for that days prep. Cold ingredients can be put on a cart in the walk-in but all other ingredients can be gathered at one time.This saves on average 5 hours per week of walking for your staff, saving you time and money as a manager.
Working on an inventory that is shelf to sheet to attach to this. This will save managers hours of inventory time as they also don't have to bounce around to count the same ingredients in multiple places.
