About:

My coaching will greatly improve your team and company. In addition to consulting to business owners all around the world on team, marketing, and leadership challenges, I am a certified project manager, twice-published author, and I've managed businesses for 25 years.



In 11 years of running my own small businesses I've hired over 725 contractors, interns, and employees.



I've only had to fire 6. (not a bad record, right?) 

I've held workshops and am familiar with workflows in different businesses, from restaurants to large high-tech companies. 

My goal and passion is to help you and your company operate as effectively and efficiently as possible!
