I took a class about business management and have created notes on the key areas required to be able to run a business. My notes and tips highlight key areas such regarding stakeholders, dealing with change in businesses, operations management etc. My notes aren't the foundation of what is needed for businesses, but it focuses on the management of employees, creation of the product and how to be prepared for changes with the use of certain modelsside note - image just shows you what the document will look like, my notes will be a bit more extensive
