Most businesses expose themselves to risk by failing to operate within the set limitaitons of the operations. My duty is to not insist on how a business owner will do but to illustrate and suggest a way to operate and be able to immediately react to changing business environments both positive and negative effects. The other factor that contributes to small business failing is on the area of financial management.My goal is to identify and suggest an ideal operational and financial management systems, allowing the business owner more time to focus on growth rather than management.
Consultation will be conducted with an intial interview of owners, managers, and key operational staff. All are done confidentially. This will take maximum of 5 days. Afterwhich, a report will be presented with reccomendations 3 days from last day of analysis.
